Meet Dr. Richard Grant

Practice Partner

Dr. Grant completed his undergraduate studies at Howard University (Washington, D.C.) in 1980, graduating with high honors. He majored in Zoology with a minor in chemistry. Still at Howard University, he completed his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) again with high honors in 1984.Upon graduating, Dr. Grant returned to Jamaica and enrolled in an internship program at the maxillofacial unit of the Kingston Public Hospital. His tenure there afforded him a wealth of surgical experience in complex hard and soft tissue management. Dr. Grant is licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Georgia, and Florida.

In 1986, Dr. Grant opened his practice in the South Florida area and has been practicing in the North Miami and Miramar locations for 35+ years. His practice can be described as state-of-the-art with a focus on general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. With an emphasis on patient satisfaction, he and his staff regularly attend continuing education courses to ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained.

Dr. Grant's practice philosophy is to offer the best possible dental services in a relaxed, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. During his many years of practice, he has had the distinct pleasure to observe many of his patients regain their confidence by providing a winning smile along with improved dental health….
